At Curren Europe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

You can request a return through your customer account or by contacting us at info@curreneurope.com.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

• Submit a return request through your customer account; or

• Email info@curreneurope.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Please note: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Returned items should be shipped within 30 calendar days of return approval.

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Limited edition products

• Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in unused condition

• Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional items

• Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

Items returned without their original packaging or in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We gladly accept returns and replacements for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Products damaged during transit

• Incorrect items received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@curreneurope.com and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

• Photos of the packaging when applicable

Our team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Missing Items

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

If you believe an item is missing:

• Wait up to 7 days after the first package is delivered

• Contact us at info@curreneurope.com with your order number and details of the missing item

We will investigate and assist you accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@curreneurope.com.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may return the order once it has been delivered, following this Return Policy.

Fair Use Policy

• Excessive return activity

• Returned items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes submitted after successful delivery may result in account restrictions and additional investigations.
