3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors, reception desks, parcel lockers, or household members.

Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final handover.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes
For customers within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the product price displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs regulations may apply. In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional information or fees before delivery.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Curren Europe cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

10. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all products are available unless otherwise specified.
